RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase articles online from www.mijnmondmasker.com.
The Customer has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
The revocation period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Client or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Client acquires physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform www.mijnmondmasker.com of its decision to withdraw from the contract via an unambiguous statement via email to email@example.com.
In order to comply with the revocation deadline, the Customer must send his notice concerning his exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation deadline has expired.
The Customer must return or hand over the goods to ShopWeDo, Egide Walschaertsstraat 22CD, 2800 Mechelen without delay, but in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he has notified www.mijnmondmasker.com of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The Customer shall be on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer. Only items that are in their original, unopened packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back orders with the packaging opened due to the nature of the product. If you are not correctly informed about a product or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us so that they can come up with an appropriate solution.
If the Customer withdraws from the agreement, www.mijnmondmasker.com shall reimburse to the Customer all payments received from the Customer up to that moment, including the standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after www.mijnmondmasker.com has been notified of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the agreement, and has accepted the withdrawal. In the case of sales contracts, www.mijnmondmasker.com can wait with the reimbursement until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
www.mijnmondmasker.com shall reimburse the Customer using the same means of payment with which the Customer carried out the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer shall not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.
Article 8: Warranty
Under the Act of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers when selling consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights.
How long does the guarantee last?
In order to invoke the guarantee, the Customer must be able to present proof of purchase.
What is the proof of purchase?
For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer’s home, the Customer must contact the www.mijnmondmasker.com customer service and return the item to www.mijnmondmasker.com at his own expense.
If a defect is detected, the Customer must immediately inform www.mijnmondmasker.com. In any event, any defect must be reported by the Customer immediately after it has been ascertained. Thereafter, any right to repair or replacement shall lapse.
The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects arising as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to comply with the instructions for use or manual, alterations or modifications to the article, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
The warranty can only apply if the items are in the original, unopened packaging. (On our current range of mouth masks unfortunately no warranty can be offered after opening the packaging. Most products are hygiene products).
